Analysing lots of information normally requires the combination of complex spreadsheets that employ techniques such as pivot tables and lookup columns. We created an application that reduced the time taken to produce a set of monthly reports from 3-4 days to 2-3 hours. The application provided the consultant with the ability to upload the most recent set of data files, automatically validate the data, create the relevant data structures and then provide a suite of reports and graphs that were used to report crucial business data to boards of directors.

The client required an online tool that allowed users to select a training course and then submit a pre-course detailed application form. The gathered information was then scored and allowed administrators to review applications, sort applicants and download data – streamlining and making the selection process more efficient.
